Tax strategy consulting: I could leave with peace of mind!
I had several specific questions about properly closing things with the German tax office as a sole proprietor in the year I moved abroad. Topics like exit taxation, the last tax return, transfer of functions and possible pitfalls were on the table. My biggest worry was that I'd forget something or do something wrong. Eduard and Martin went through all these points with me clearly, in a structured, practical and understandable way. We actually only wanted to travel for a year, but quickly decided we wanted to move abroad. We had a few special topics (property in Germany, investments, online business) that raised a lot of questions.
We would have got quite a few things wrong on our own, which would have cost a lot of money in the end. That's why we're very grateful to have saved a lot of money this way. We also got a complete roadmap for the child benefit we're entitled to until the end of the year, so that it still gets paid out. Without this roadmap we would have thrown away €1,200.

When we decided to go travelling, we had lots of question marks. What has to be done, re‒registered and taken care of, when and how, to even make it possible? Luckily we found these two wonderful people. After the consultation we could put our plan into action with many questions answered. Plus lots of extra information from the two of them that you just get on top. We have extremely competent contacts in case more questions come up. Without them we wouldn't be as confident on many topics, especially compulsory schooling and deregistering from Germany.

Successfully moved abroad with family
I first bought the Auswanderer Guide and it was so well-founded and clearly structured that I booked the travel group.

Now I'm travelling with my family. I'm a lawyer, but didn't have the time to gather all the knowledge about moving abroad myself.

So before that I tried to inform myself in various forums. I quickly noticed that half-knowledge and wrong information were circulating everywhere. Luckily I stumbled across a video from Tabula Rasa.
