Right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with Tabula Rasa Life LLC within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
Tabula Rasa Life LLC

Email: mail(at)tabula-rasa.life
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
3. Special provisions for digital products
For contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g. e-books, online courses, downloads), the right of withdrawal expires early pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code) if
you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
When the digital product is provided and this consent has been given, the right of withdrawal expires completely.
4. Special provisions for consulting services
The following applies to contracts for services (e.g. online consultations):
If you request that we begin performing the service before the end of the withdrawal period and the service has been provided in full, your right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 (4) BGB.
If you withdraw from the contract after we have begun performing the service, you owe compensation for the value of the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal pursuant to § 357 (8) BGB.
The compensation corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided in relation to the total scope of the contractually agreed service.
For consulting services, this includes in particular:
– evaluation of the questionnaire submitted by the customer
– individual case analysis
– preparation of the content of the consultation
The preparatory service component is valued at 30% of the agreed total fee.
